Let's do a chain reading where you ask a question and the one who will respond below you will answer your question by saying yes or no with a one card reading.My question: Should I drop college? Yes, he will. Not only it is generally a positive card, but one that is related to communication, so... double yes!
Now, regarding timing, I'd say it is still open to changes, will depend mostly on what you actually decide AND decide to do
