in you life, there will be more than one 'the one'. Maybe two or three main relationships in your life.
I asked the cards what the first one you meet will be like. the hanging man, 2 of cups and page of coins. He will be philosophical/intellectual and you guys will see eye to eye. White/slight tan. I think the reason it is taking awhile is that Saturn and Mars are transiting your North Node. So the changes though they may take awhile should stick.

You may also figure out some love life oriented issues. I feel like your NN was also in your 8th and Mars and Saturn often influence our choices and decisions in regards to men.

Mine is, long story. I applied for an internal transfer, which involves moving. I got very good feedback after the interview and the HR man had said he will contact me about an offer. This was a month ago. He contacted me yesterday and we have a phonecall on Tuesday - will I get an offer?

Answer's yes, you will be moving, but I don't think it's due to a transfer.

Temperance / page of swords and justice.

Temperance- the outcome will be so-so. Page of swords, someone telling you what exactly he/she thought, and giving you feedback (which you've already told me about in the question); but the weird thing is that why would a person give you more feedback later on? Considering it's a sword card, it may hurt. Justice will be served for you and you will be able to relocate- somehow, I'm getting a strong 'justice is blind' thing, which could be a little warning about attitude etc in the new location.. alternatively, it could mean that you're moving to a different place regardless of weather you get the offer from your current company or not (why? the justices are standing next to a globe).

I pulled a clarifier- 5 of swords as ultimate outcome- this means you're unlikely to get the offer, and you'll be beating yourself up about it. I can't shake the feeling you're just going to pick up your life and move away from where you are right now... best part? you wont look back.

hmmm...confusing spread. did you make a choice recently in regards to your emotional life? Walking away from something(3H/5H and the QS looking to the right)? That or it involves a choice(3H) leaving the home(5H). Things might feel like they are moving slower(AH was reversed) Anyway you are approaching the end of a cycle in terms of career/money things(9D), it might still feel a little stressful during this time but if things have been bad they will start to get better soon you will feel better by the end of the interval. The 4S after the 3S suggests rest after a period of anxiety/frustration.

So a period of descision/indecision but things will get better during this interval. The cards suggest that you are approaching an end of a cycle(the 10 and the 9), and things are about the change(the 5). Sorry it doesn't answer your question. The 10C is supposed be good for new beginnings coming and the AH was in the middle so it doesnt look to bad. The AH was reversed it just feels like things seem to move a little slower, but things are changing.

Thanks Mincey, to be honest i am wondering why they are not contacting me sooner, they were in such a rush to interview me. I did tell them i wanted a higher position than what they were going to intially interview me for. But after this interview the feedback was very positive. I just don get it, this would have been my ticket outta here. The longer they have left it, the more doubts i have been getting. It's not my first choice city but i would be closer to my family.

I'm not sure on this one to be honest. Is SO a person you fall out with? I think they did tell you the truth, but I also think there is some lack of trust there. Cards also suggest someone being stubborn. But I think you will move on from it regardless. Outcome cards look good in any case for you - things also become more clear.

I didn't see your edit there re the financial thing. The first spread shows a positive outcome re: finance (10D is prosperity). But with regards to your question, that was a confusing spread. Maybe more things are going to come to light.
