Okay lily pad, I think in April there's some traveling that will occur; someone is going somewhere? Are you traveling? I think April will be very drama free care free for you all your cups will be flowing sort of speak things will go good with friends and family. You'll be pretty happy bubbly throughout April. 1. I would say yes, but be a little careful because I feel like he is a really impulsive person. But yes, trust him emotionally.
I asked what are his feelings for you, and I think that more than feelings, he has thoughts about you, plus sexual desire towards you could be too. Have you hurt him in some way?
He also does like to communicate and talk with you.
About if he uses you, as you said, I think you are the one who has those thoughts. But you are able to stop thinking like that, you just feel kinda helpless

2. I pulled a card for you staying at the job, you leaving the job, and you attempting real estate.
For the first option, I think you are good at your job. I think you get from there what you need, specially financially. But I also get the feeling that you think you have reached an end, you have completed a stage of your life here. If not, then things go really well at this job.
For the second option, I dont think its a good idea to leave your job. I think you will have a lot of ideas and the energy to start again, but wont do anything about it. It will kinda make you dream a little bit too much.
For the 3td option, too many emotions running here. But these are good cards, so I think if you try this, you will have fun like a little child, but be careful about having too many expectations and not having them met when you decide this option. Also, I dont think its a practical option

I think that in regards to work finances you will have some decisions to make things will be bumpy; but so done will help you with finances a friend this boost will put you on a good path to stay finan es so could be a loan from bank a famy member can give you money but you will be fine financially
