I think he will contact you, but I see a lot of indecision, manipulation, trying to control the other ones feelings here. I think he wants something from you and is willing to get that manipulating you emotionally, and thinks he is grown enough to do whatever he wants with you, but that's not the case.. You will definitely know how to control this situation, but in the end it will left you feeling thinking if it is "worth the drama".

I tried with tarot, please take with a pinch of salt;

Queen Swords, King Wands, 3 swords, the lovers, Page of swords.
clarified; ace cups, death, queen of pents

I think probably he will yes, but there's a bit of indecision at the moment, sometimes i see the king wands as expecting things to come to him lol. To be honest I think he might have some other things on his mind right now so there is some anxieties and indecision around him. Page of swords is the initiator, so i think yes he would initiate contact. With QoP I do have a feeling though you will want to do it yourself but will remain patient instead.

But I think he will do it.

I wanted to frame your question, so I pulled two cards and they were: Letter + Fish.

There's two ways to look at these cards. It's either you're waiting for her to let you know a little bit more about some kind of money making opportunity, or you've had a fight/disagreement and you're waiting for a heartfelt reply/response. Fish could represent investments of any kind - monetary or emotional.

I'm tempted to say that it's the latter situation because the whip card is the central card in the following spread: ANCHOR + WHIP + BOOK.

These cards suggest to me that her response is going to be quite heavy and perhaps detail a list of issues that she has buried or held on to for quite some time. I don't think she's going to hold back with her words and I get the feeling that some of her accusations/words may sting you a little bit (whip). Perhaps she may even repeat certain things or arguments throughout the message.

In terms of what the outcome will be and whether you will make up... I get the impression that it will be down to you. I don't think she'll wrap up her response in a way that shows you how she wants to proceed. It's pretty much going to be up to you.

Yeah, you're right. You didn't say much, so I had to frame the question myself and that's where the letter and fish came from. I still don't think the wording of your question is quite right, as I'm still unclear.

By using the word 'expect' it suggests that something is outstanding and/or like you're waiting for something; but your explanation shows that it's not that.

He would see it as an opportunity to transform your relationship and therefore, he would feel happy and quite excited. An enjoyable surprise. However, I think he may be abit reserved, because he would be unsure about what you reaching out to him actually means in the long term. Would you disappear again? Would you display the same characteristics? He would definitely have such questions that he would be unable to answer himself.

My other question (if ok), is: How does IO feel about the way our last conversation ended?

what I meant with expect was as in, are these "bad" feelings that Im feeling from her true? These feelings are something that I feel when I tell her about my problems: when I am telling her about my problems, I always feel that, even though she tries to support me through her mouth, she feels better than me for not having those problems.

For example, I always tell her how lonely I feel without a partner and either she starts telling me that "you need to learn how to be alone, look at me, I dont need no one to be happy, I have myself" or either she starts telling me about when she always went partying and she got "all the boys"

Magician here again tells me IO feels like what he wanted to do worked. Like he wanted you to feel a certain way from what he said and it worked. He's now feeling like "let's see what happens here!" Will she put in the work I want her too so I can feel the rewards at the end of it.

Does that make sense? I see you as the woman in seven of pents (guilded tarot btw) and IO as the knight happy with his work in the end...or that's what IO is hoping for after today's conversation. He feels like he has set a plan in motion.

I get the impression that at present, you and T are trying to establish a friendship. You're starting again? Or trying to get to know eachother again after a period of time apart. The cards show that this will continue to happen. However, arguments with T are likely during the readjustment process. I see a lot of a discussion. Going back and forth. Things not quite working. More discussion. More discussion and more discussion. You will both be trying to make the situation work for you as individuals and as a "couple".

I wouldn't be surprised. I was actually going to message him back; but I'm going to sleep on it. I think he did get the reaction he wanted out of me. I don't feel bad about it, but I definitely feel tired lol. He won't be feeling or receiving any rewards. I think he wants me to jump into his arms - not happening. I'm not sure what kind of plan he has for me though lol. If only I knew!

First card pulled: Letter

From this card, it's not an outright no or yes. It's a maybe card, but I do get the feeling that he likes exchanging communications with the other woman more than he actually likes her. Perhaps it's more "thrilling" in some way; but I don't think he actually likes her more than you.

This was confirmed by the next 3 cards: Clover + Fish + Lady

These cards suggest to me that he is more invested in you. You actually appear in this spread, you are represented by the lady at the end. The clover + fish suggest that he feels lucky and is happy that he has found you and invested time and effort into your connection.
