Mixed. They get a little resentful but generally like to make out they are good with you and like to see themselves as deserving of a good opinion for how they conduct themselves. They could have their sights set on being in contact with other older family members of yours that they would like to be in good relationship with for some reason - maybe to do with business or a known name/reputation.
