I am wondering where in the natal chart does it/will it show a persons love life potential? Like, marriage, how many marriages, partners , etc...I'm TIRED of these Karmic ties and want to know if it's something I can do about it to make things better for me...

You have Venus in a late degree which is really significant in terms of evolution. It means you are about to complete a huge lesson in love department. When Saturn gets to 28 Sagittarius expect this to magnify giving you the toughest lesson of all. But just remain calm and in peace. Whatever it is about the loneliness and sadness just accept it. lso I see you have planets in the 12th and Saturn in the 5th, This means feeling alone and feeling like love relationships and their chance is completely closed off from you... But its all a life lesson so rejoice.

imho, the progressed chart doesn't have anything to do with Saturn being on 29th degree of Sag. It won't go there in her lifetime (I mean progressed Saturn).
