Firstly, I think you are amazingly brave, clever, articulate and wise given some of the horrendous experiences that you've been through. Those are more challenging than anyone should have in one lifetime. Strangely enough, Lindaland seems to be the place where people with extraordinary life experiences, often negative ones, congregate.

Anyway, I have a question in case you'd like to exchange. I'm heading to Greece next week for research. Could you say how it will go and if I need to be careful of anything in particular.

As far as your trip goes, the only difficulty I am seeing is the actual physical experience of traveling. I think that there is a chance for it to be quite draining on you... However, I am absolutely certain that this is something you can plan for. I am getting the feeling that it would be great for you to bring as many objects of comfort as you can, make sure you are really comfortable on the flight (assuming you are flying). Bring whatever you can to help you stay grounded, centered, and comfortable. ANYTHING! I bring herbs, essential oils, mists, etc.. But you could bring things such as comfy clothes, a blanket, some tea bags from home, some snacks, a good book.. I think you just need to plan a bit extra to ensure that you are REALLY comfortable. There is something about the traveling that it has the potential to throw your energy off for a bit. It is nothing to worry about, but it can be mostly avoided if you plan properly. I am seeing that you should also bring some things from home for whoever you are staying... Just to make it comfortable. Maybe a candle so it smells how you like, things like that. However, do not fret because after the initial traveling it seems that it is going to be a genuinely successful and enjoyable trip for you! I think you're going to have a lovely time

in fact, i think you will so much enjoy yourself that there actually may be mostly a risk of overindulgence! that feeling when you leave of wow what a nice time, but I am ready to get back home!!

However, energy is funny in that sometimes letting go energetically, and seizing to think about someone is exactly what pulls them back into your life. I am feeling that he will show up, but feel uncomfortable. Like it will bring out some feeling of loneliness in him, so he'll leave early. OR he may plan on going and not go because of feelings of loneliness and wanting to isolate. But, for now, I do see him making an appearance!

It is exactly how you described, word by word. I really exploded the other day, I even threw a cup of yogurt at him but he ducked it like a solder. I havent spoken to him since then but I can see him circulating around my office waiting for a sign that the storm is over. I can see him being bothered by it.
