tower - birds - dog yes I think so, but there will be some period of isolation or detachment, and then there will be a message/ chat leading you to see him again Will you make up? tower - key - garden Hmm, again the isolation-card. So I guess there will be some time until this happens, but yes you will get into contact again, though garden speaks more of a broader environment, social gatherings and the likes, but not about a romantic relationship. At least not at first I think.
How will your connection develop?

I guess it is up to you and you have the choice what to make it (well both of you actually), but with house and Moon I think a romantic and emotional connection is definitely possible. Feeling like home and like you belong to each other possibly.

Okay he sees the connection a work in progress early stages of development he also sees you as a good stable constant for him he feels you are a bit slow moving in going forward with the connection that is okay with him. I don't know how deep the connection is or how often you two connect but I see that he has a lot of fun with you talking going out enjoying social activities if you don't see eachother much he enjoys talking to you your personality is very ..fun to him?
I checked in with my pendulum asked if he sees this as a positive upbeat good connection he does <3
