2. I would say there are more opportunities for friendship here than love. There is a part of himself that you havent known yet, and I think you are about to discover it. This part of himself will make it CLEAR for you that this person, for you, should remain nothing but a good friend, because there isnt much potential for a beautiful relationship. Im not saying he is a bad person or you are a bad person; What Im saying is that this person's traits make him be a better friend for u than a lover. Plus, in the friendship Id say you have a lot more fun with him, it seems that, with things going lightly between you two you have more space for acting carefree and it helps you when you talk with him, probably making a lot of jokes (from both sides) and playing "mind games" [not trying to control each other, just trying to have fun]

3. Regarding money, I see some difficulties. At the moment you are probably making a lot of moves with money so that everything falls into place, so everything can be paid. But it seems kinda difficult. And maybe you are trying too to risk something in regards to money, as in, "I wont pay this because its not that important, Ill take responsibility of this later". Well if u are doing something like that be careful cause it wont be a good decision. In general, what I see is that being a lil more smarter than you are, using a lil bit more your head and not avoiding responsility, you will be able to pay everything, because the "problem" u have atm isnt as bad as it seems.
