Hello Lindaland!

Ok I hate to do this but I can I request a reading? It has to deal with my sister who is younger. Her and I are like oil and water. I won't get into the long story of why her and I don't get along but I think she's phony and a complete narcissist due to her actions and behavior.

The problem I have which I shouldn't is how my family doesn't see the issue I have with her. According to them, I'm the problem. It's difficult attending family events and seeing her and hearing her babble on and on and on. Sibling adult rivalry is real and quite evident in my family.

I just want to know what her issue with me is. Why is she such a ________? I mean who hands out business cards to the entire family except for me as I sit at the same table? Even my 6 y/o nephew got a card! Who does that?

Advice/reading/tips, I'll listen to it all!

Sorry to ramble but I just need some clarity.

Thanks!
DF

I think your sister is feeling worried, neglected. She might feel as if you don't care and leave her out. She is also lost in her own painful thought about all this, because this is a nightmare for her too. This card indeed shows the situation is critical between both of you.

To solve this situation what you can do is to think of what joins you both together instead of what separates you, and to support each other.
You must be patient. This won't happen from night to day but eventually you'll grow into each other and gain each other's trust again.

I wrote it the way I saw it. You can leave some feedback. Thanks.

Thank you Sikanda.

I definitely understand the need to be patient and honestly, our parents/nephews are the only thing that joins us together. Her husband is a nice guy so he may possibly play a role in helping diffuse the situation at hand.

I appreciate you taking the time to pull some cards.

Best,
DF
