I asked if u will be able to attend whenever it takes place, and I got 7 wands, reversed page of pentacles, page of swords. Yes there was a similiar event last year I attended and had a lot of fun, and actually last time I spoke to P, when he was thinking aloud about doing such an event again, he seemed to want to be assured that the timing "fit" for me. No clue why, but I almost got the feeling like he was well not planning it WITH or AROUND us (I was with two aquaintances there talking to him), but that he sort of wanted to make certain the month was manageable for us at least. I almost felt like he expected me to be there or like he wanted me to be there. I don`t know. It was a little surreal to be honest. But yes I could imagine this event would make me remember the one of last year. As for another exchange, I can do one tomorrow, just right now it is half past midnight, and I think I should go to bed IP: Logged

I always use them upright, but I know there had been a couple of times when I used them in reversed and they worked I think it's just how u feel comfy with them, u know, that feeling of relax IP: Logged

But my cards speak to me upright, maybe because Tarot is so rich in imagery anyway, that I don�t feel I need reversals. Actually at least for me personally most of the time they feel downright wrong anyway. But I believe the cards are resonating with the reader, my cards find a way to tell me what maybe other readers are being told by reversals. Having said that I very very rarely relate to readings given to me by others that use reversals. Maybe a totally subjective thing, I don`t know. However very very rarely a card that jumps out of the deck will turn up reversed or it feels so strongly like it wants to be reversed, and in this instance I read reversals. But that is like once in a few months. Actually the the latter instance happened only once in all the years I have been reading tarot cards. IP: Logged

I mean ive been feeling really frustrated with my cards lately because of this, not because i would prefer the upright interpretation, but because they sometimes dont make sense. As in they seem a bit too harsh or drastic or something for the situation. I will try not to use reversals i think unless its one or two in the spread and i can tell that it defintely wants to be reversed, otherwise its getting annoying ahaha IP: Logged

Though every reader has to find their own way, and usually I find there happens a resonance with the cards. I also find that different decks have a different tilt. For example one deck of mine tends to be more on the dreamy side, a bit dark romantic (okay it is a gothic deck, too. lol) or another one clearly seems to exaggerate and being a little flowery. my Rider Tarot, which is the one I am currently using exclusively, is VERY matter of act. Always givese me a feeling of "I tell you like it is, and if you can`t handle the truth, don�t ask me!" IP: Logged
