If my natal asc is 26 deg libra, it actually puts my progressed asc to 17 deg scorpio lol, maybe i was picking it up from there

Then, of course, this must be your ASC, this pretty Book! and the way it subtly suggested the 12th house, and to go back (now I see the Stork as "going back", return, back to the original chart - Scythe Stork, but also back to Book) to the 12th house.

And then, there is the 12th house Sun, it resonates with you, the High Priestess, so much! very nice! I think this is it!
