I pulled again and asked if you will ever get fired and got the sun, then I asked if things would get petter and got 3 of pentacles... my guess is that you sense a shift, but I think it will only be positive! everything I pulled only shows good things to come at work.. maybe what you are seeing now is only a reflection of your fearsIP: Logged |

Thank you. I would love to not have to work for a few months but get unemployment. I can work on myself and lose weight and just have a rest. I have a couple of things Brewing and so I'm sure I will get something relatively soon. But yes I do have fears like humiliation and a fear of what if the unemployment doesn't come through. Can I ask you do you see why the termination is happening? quote:

I feel something that's a second will come through for you. So I don't know if there's going to be a second interview at another London firm or if this particular place won't hire you for the position you went for but for something else. I do see you getting a job soon and I do see you getting it in London. As far as the job I think you won't expect anything questionable and your interview. I think you feel that you did just fine. I think maybe after 3 weeks you'll hear from them. And I think you'll get a call back asking to interview for differentDo you see why the termination is happening? hmm, this is the 2nd time interviewing with them- does that change the interpretation?Why? I don't think they were happy with the work quality and consistency. They seem to think it's better to let you go and have someone, internally, take over... and to add to that, they will pay her/him less. IP: Logged |

Well I could get a call for second interview. And because they're all out of state I specifically had asked if I'm one of the top candidates I would love to move forward but if I am down the line such as a third or fourth candidate then it probably wouldn't make much sense for me to fly out for an interview. But the company is majorly laying off people and yes it could bring in someone and pay them half the price. I always do good work and I even do things without them even having to tell me. But I did have an altercation with the program director who swore up and down that she was correct and she wasn't. I professionally educated her, I'm sure she didn't like it and she even said she would call and hear it from the direct report, herself. But I unknowingly let it be known that I have to leave by August 31st and then I'm already interviewing and that I don't feel that the program cares about being in compliance. Little did I know that her best friend was sitting next to me. And I'm certain she told her. Do you think it will be tomorrow? Do you have any idea of what they're going to say or the gist of how it's going to be said? quote:

Beagle. Yes if you could ask if you feel I'll be terminated and why, that would be great. Anything else you pick up I'm honestly not getting that he's mad with you. It feels to be a sliding glass door situation where I think both of you are going separate ways on a lot of things. I do get a sense of him being irritated.. But I feel it's more of something that you did that was either immature or just not matching where he is on his level at the moment. I guess what I'm trying to say is I don't think he knows how to relate to you anymore because I think he feels he's moving higher in life IP: Logged |

Feels like it will be a new beginning for you in terms of healing (health related) and some 'me' time for you. I draw on what will happen after that: Clouds+Stars+Mice

hmm well if you would actually be happy about the termination then it would definitely make sense with my readings... I am constantly pulling the 9 of pentacles for this job situation and did for this one as well.. so to me this means, should you be terminated it will be because you have energetically taken what you can from the place and are ready to move on... i think that that is the highest and truest reason for it, should it happen, so i would really just try to disassociate from any fear or anything as much as you can, because it is really irrelevant. this card also shows that should you be fired, it doesn't seem that it will go over badly or be a big scene of things, so I would really just try not to worry. the card signifies self-sufficiency, so just trust that should it happen it is because it is meant to and I would be sure that you'd be taken care of, either by unemployment or by puling in a superior job IP: Logged |

Beagle truthfully I don't think it will be like it was before. Maybe once in a blue moon run into each other. Or something like that but I get a sense of small talk and not really a connection again. I can see him trying. Especially after the first time you might bump into each other or if he hears about you how you're doing. I can see him picking up the phone. But I don't see much movement after that. I think he'll get a sense of the fun times that he had. But again I feel like his life is taking him in a different direction and it's almost as if he doesn't have time for his pastIP: Logged |

Are you meeting with a mediator or lawyer? I think you will be pleasantly pleased. I don't think this is for any type of rekindling correct? If you was more of an agreement. Possibly Financial agreement or custody agreement or something like that. But something tells me this isn't a verdict. But more of consultation or something of that sort that will agree with you. Does that resonate?And yes yours resonates as well. I felt the same like there's nothing left for me here. I literally told my boss today that she was lying on the report. I'm sure she didn't appreciate that but it's almost like I'm looking to get fired so I can take some time off. Get myself back together. And just live

not meeting with a lawyer, just meeting with him, he is coming down to visit my daughter so we will be spending some time together. i do have some hopes of reconnection, maybe in the future.. and he called me a few weeks ago telling me he had been thinking of me and things of that nature.. so i am sort of eager to see how it will be face to face. Yes maybe in the future. While you two might agree that you might want to move forward or work it out or talk. I think that's the favorable part on your side. But I don't see an actual okay let's start today and start over. Maybe that will come in time down the line quote:
