sooo, this has been happening since some years, but just now I'm starting to become conscious about it. I always catch myself biting my own teeth, u know? when you make pressure with your teeth against each other, I don't know what expression to use in English hahaha but I think u understand the concept
I'm doing this all the time, even when I sleep, and now I'm having a lot of pain on my jaw, when I start chewing or smthing. And when I catch myself biting so hard, I stop, but the moment I start thinking abt something else I start doing it again
and my body is always so tense... and by body I mean every single part, everything is always in tension, it's like I'm a,ways defensive or smthing like that
plus, my back hurts a lot, and my back neck too, it's like I'm a,ways carrying something on my back!!
could you help me a little? how do I get rid of this? what's the cause?
