I did the nine card spread...starting from left to right - three cards, three rows.
Middle card as main theme.

Fish, Mice, Letter
Birds, Star, Tower
Garden, Book, Bouquet

First of all I'm getting that you might be stressed in the beginning or anxious. New job/ new environment.
Does this job has lots of paperwork?
And lots of communication / or media involved.
The Star as the middle card shows recognition and appreciation of your work. So you will be praised as a newcomer. Is it in a big building btw? The Tower could be sort of literal here.
With the garden I see you making new friends and enjoyable encounters at work.
The book confuses me here to be honest. .. probably training and lots of new stuff that you will learn there and with the bouquet it seems that you will quite content!

I think they see this as bringing a stability feelto the other, I think there is a familiar feel, it feels to them like you've known each other a long time. I think whip shows there is a strong physical attraction too, but whip with tree also make me think of some kind of pain. In anycase they feel a strong connection and one that is not going to go away anytime soon. There is this "meant to be" kind of feeling.

I see that in the middle it points to someone that is important. So I do think that he thinks of you as someone that is important to him. I think he may need to be open up to you, as well.

I see that someone either has to make a choice or is torn between what they should do to be happy? Is this you? I think that someone may either made a choice for their happiness?
I see that someone is being hopeful, and the snake can be about a woman, so do you have dark hair? I see the star as in dreams or having success. I may have to think on this. The snake can also talk about someone being smart.

I see that someone needs some type of guidance or clarity on a choice to make, which is very important to them, and it could be about being open and their happiness, and they are being smart about it... Unless there some lies in this?

I think he sees you positively, there is a familiar feeling about you. But with Coffin and the stars on scythe I think they see things changing right now for you. They would see you as a protective motherly type person. Quite mature but a little bit restless/nervous at times also. They see you as someone who takes away their pain but I also think perhaps they feel you are in need of a rest right now, maybe there is some pain in your life right now?

Let me know your thoughts. I need more practise at this

Thanks poems, yes I would like him to open up to me lol. I do think about what would be best to make me happy but i know he is also prone to having this kind of thinking too. I dont have dark hair but iv seen snake appear few times
