I got a weird spread for you:

"Believe in it"
"faith"
"unlikely"
-> okay, you shall believe in something that is unlikely?

obviously you wish something but you don't have the optimism that that is going to happen. So the angels tell you to keep your faith, to visualize your wish and stand by your wish
the "faith" card is self-explanatory and reminds you to not only keep the faith but also to leave any intentions out and not to seek for the answer what would happen in the future (by playing with cards )
So, just sit down, believe in you and keep your faith.

The card "unlikely" hmmm....if you have a fear, it is unlikely to happen

my q: anyone keeps telling me that but will i really hear from HIM? i mean it's so unlikely but everyone says

As for your spread:

coffin - lily - birds

At first not. At first it might feel like the connection is "dead", but somehow it gets revived again and birds is THE card of communication after all, spoken communication mostly. So messages, phone, talking in person. So yes it is going to happen, but it might take some time (lily can slow things a little, on the other hand the reason for renewed contact is probably a feeling of sensuality, familiarity and a strong bond).

Feedback: so I was working with a staffing agency and they didn't schedule an interview for me with this company so I did something I have NEVER done before and that was I contacted the company directly. So today I heard from the staffing agency and of course they weren't too happy but it's not like I was going to get an interview anyways. LOL
