Topic: Can you help me determine Rulers of Houses?

I am uncertain how to figure out what planet rules houses when there are multiple planets in that particular house. If I look at my second house, the cusp starts in Sag, but my moon is in there. So does Jupiter or Moon rule that house? Also, the astro.com says my entire chart is ruled by Jupiter... but how is that? My ASC is Scorpio, so am I not ruled by Pluto? My eighth house begins in gemini, so Mercury... but my sun and jupiter are in there. Who rules? 10th house begins in Virgo, but my mars and venus are in there. Who disposits who? Jupiter would rule your 2nd H - since Sag is on the cusp of the 2nd H.3rd H is ruled by Uranus. 4th H ruled by Neptune. 5th H ruled by Mars. 6th and 7th H ruled by Venus. 8th H ruled by mercury. 9th H ruled by Sun. 10 H ruled by mercury. 11th H ruled by Venus. And 1st/12th H ruled by Pluto. Does that makes sense? IP: Logged |

Well that's how I approached it, but do the planets inside not disposit the traditional rulers? Or am I confusing two different things? And why does astro.com say I am Jupiter ruled? It has the largest percentage in my astrological makeup, according to them. IP: Logged |

3rd house is ruled by Mercury
1st is ruled by Mars
Pluto rules 8th and a bit of 1st
Venus rules 7th and 2nd
