I tried to do readings for myself, but my decks just don't seem to resonate with me at all. I became curious about two people (below) - their physical looks, personality, etc. Could anyone pull some cards about these two?: 1. My next suitor having serious intentions towards me (and not just the usual hit and run, sex 'n' goodbye kind of thing) 2. I like to keep an open mind. I am only sure about one thing: the unusual ones tend to attract me most of the time, no "clich�" ones. I had an abusive dad and a ruined childhood before, and these days I seem to attract guys who have some dark stuff going on in their lives. No matter how hard I work to avoid them. I don't think I know #1 and #2 yet, but you exactly sound like the pattern will continue, I guess. :/ IP: Logged

I also had abusive parents (both of them). It did a number on my self-esteem. Have you seen a counsellor or similar health professional for those issues? I did not but it took me many years to deal with them. With my reading I pulled the Ace of Wands signifying a new beginning and then Prince and Princess of Swords, so a lot of Swords energy. I thought maybe you had been mixed up with critical/abusive men. Or it could mean intellectual types. To me Prince of Swords means unstable, men who don't hang around. So I thought this was referring to your past men. The Princess I think means clarification on your part. As in, what kind of man do you want to attract? Do you have a clear picture? IP: Logged
Emsie Knowflake Posts: 852 From: Hungary Registered: Jul 2012	posted August 01, 2016 09:53 AM Thanks for the reading! :3 Well, I've been through a very tough cleansing period in the last 2,5-3 years, and finally I feel that I managed to let go of anything that does not serve my purpose - including family issues, anger, hurt, etc. In the last few weeks I met a guy that reminded me of my dad's behaviour (being immature, selfish and weak tricksters), but I know he's no good for me. It only hurt me a little when some stuff turned out about him, but I seem to be immune, and letting go of this karmic stuff was quite easy for me. I have my own values and I always stand up for them and myself, not willing to settle for anything less than I deserve. I am willing to stick with my values, even if it includes me going solo for a while. IP: Logged
