Well first of all, I wanted to state the obvious: this is a rather personal/intimate issue and it’s not really my place to make you do something or tell you to do it (i.e. the choice is really up to you). My first thought was, why is she asking others, what is it that she really wants. What is the real question?
The 9 wands shows inspiration and I interpret this as listening to what you really want. Do you want to put up with this situation? Do you want the situation to improve? Would you be happy with the status quo? Obviously you’re not, otherwise you wouldn’t be asking the question. The message of this card is about being brave and having courage. Listen to yourself – why are you unhappy with the relationship and can this be changed?
The Four of Cups is interesting. I wondered if you were staying in this situation because it’s comfortable and secure – it’s something you’re familiar with. Is your partner financially successful by any chance? Maybe this was really good in the beginning but now it’s cooling off and you are dissatisfied?

Wow this resonates so much! Essentially this was a casual relationships that we rekindled in the past few months. We weren't exclusive and I felt hurt.
