I think he hasn't contacted you yet cause of his personal reasons, mostly his work would be. It's like he has to do a lot of planning, strategizing for his work, a lot of thinking, and that of course takes a hella lot of energy. He is doing some plans rn at work which probably have short-term effects and he has to be entirely focused there, on the details mostly.

Right now I don’t see any relationship this year. I think you experienced some kind of ‘failure’ or ‘loss’ recently and subconsciously you are still thinking about that situation so this is one of the blockages. Fehu is also the rune of wealth so it might be that maybe you want to meet new people but you have some financial problems like you think that it’s a bit too expensive to go out to meet new people. In any case, these financial matters and failure are also connected somehow. You put an effort in whatever you had and it failed and you don’t have the motivation.
Thurisaz is the rune of the force, the giant and reversed, it’s some sort of destructive force. I don’t know if you were in a relationship before but if yes, then this relationship did not end on good terms, it was destructive. If you were not in a relationship, then this negative force is within you. You have to get rid of this because it is eating you and this is the second thing that blocks you. Either the destructive relationship (and the failure it brought) or this destruction within you.
