The first part looks a little difficult. Too many options, too much to do all at once, so it will be important to prioritize and make clear decisions what needs to get done first (that or you will be confused about something).

The Devil was upright while I layed out the cards. I think the spread shows you will perhaps be stepping out into the new/having this new energy around you. I think it talks about growth in some area, as the ace in the centre is planting the seeds. I think the devil represents letting go of any fears you may have(as the shackles are loose so you can free yourself), and stepping out into the new.

I dont think it relates to a partner per say, but i think more to your own personal growth.

This spread confused me to be honest.

7 Pents, 8 Wands, 5 swords, 7 swords, 3 pents

Knight of wands popped up while I shuffled. I think seeing you gave him a boost of energy when he saw you. But I dont think he was really "feeling" emotion with regards to it. It seems his thoughts and feelings were invested with other things, alot of things in the air. The 7 swords is someone carrying alot of swords for me showing someone carrying alot of thoughts and trying to balance them. With the knight I think he was happy to see you when he did, but i have this feeling that he had too many things going on in his head to even know what he might have been feeling. The knight of wands is also a bit short lived energy in that I think he had to turn his attention elsewere quickly (5 swords in the middle leaving two swords behind, the swords for me are thoughts, so I think it means having to think on other things). It just seems he had alot on his mind to be honest.
