It feels there is something going in his head that he wants to communicate with you but not in an understanding manner. Did something happen between you two, or is by any means a third person involved, not that I am sure of it but 3 of Sword tells that there is a lot of heartache he is in right now and though he would like to be more pleasing to you but he always ends up venting out to you.

Judgement tells that there is some sort of decision that is going in his mind, maybe to end things or to sort them out completely. It's causing him a lot of pain, maybe some sort of insecurity has creeped up in his mind. He is in very gloomy state and wants to open up to you but his state of distress is not letting him. He is still trying to decide that in what manner he should come out to you. There is definitely effort and hard work from you especially ( I feel ) in order to make this work. So even if it doesn't work out for good you can't blame yourself. Things with them won't be stable or be mended for good unfortunately, but it's only till this year. there is desire to build something but it mostly looks like the same dynamics will continue. This person is just not being mature for where they are in life right now, there are a few responsibilities they're not taking up. They are not focused on life right now, wanting many things but not yet making the steps towards it. If you're able to have an honest discussion it would be great, they're avoiding and not telling you something which hinders this connection from being smooth sailing.

Yea, I guess you are right because he is already keeping me in a state of dilemma. He is not clear about what he really wants and discusses things between us more with others than he should with me.

I think this spread talks about taking a time out to think about your decision, maybe think about the good stuff you had either in the group or even before you were in that group. Give yourself time to cherish the good stuff.

But then with the Fool it seems to me like a brand new beginning, like you are packing your things for a new journey.

I get you may need to apply to more than one. I get there being competitive energy and there being a fight for a spot. I get you may need to brush up on your CV. I do get you going on an interview and them calling you back.
I also get a late start. So you will get it but it may start mid/late Jan.
It will be what you want though. And you will feel so lucky to get it
I feel like it will be a great experience for you. Your boss may turn into a good mentor for you also or someone at the place.

In the next 7 days, there's going to be some sort of jealousy or negative emotions regarding someone in your life, most likely a male. This person is in a mess themselves and isn't being honorable right now. You're being adviced to cut off from them for a while if you can. Your troubles will go through for a while but cards are also telling you to take an opportunity to take a rest from this, recover your energy and sort them out one by one piece by piece. Have patience (lots of it lol!) and you'll be able to see better where you are and what decisions you'll have to make. you will be successful in making through this transition and cycle that's taking place in your life.

He hasn't been happy, there are some drama going on with the people that are close to him, either his family (most likely) or friends that he sees a lot. He's not feeling at home, which makes him much less of the person he is. Something to do with respect not being there, his efforts not appreciated. Also finances and career are strongly on his mind, he's working really hard to get to where he wants and is in the middle of planning it out.
