I noticed that Venus, Mercury and Jupiter also all oppose Chiron at 7th house. What this could mean?

So yes you are partly right! I met almost immediately after my birthday a man whom I was attracted to. But he was married. I have/had this pattern to fall in people who are not able to make commitment to me. Married, gay, emotionally cold etc. But last year I was proud that I didn't fell in love right away so damn deeply and lost myself. I was infatuated (but reserved) couple of months ..and that's a huge progress for me. Before I would be suffering years in silence. I kind of know my pattern and I don't follow it blindly anymore. But I don't have any positive experiences either.

I see that chironic theme will continue as the SR Chiron conjuncts your natal 7th House. So even though you are aware of your patterns, you might wanna dig deeper. You may come across with flirts who make you question your own self-worth. Your self-worth, as you might know, is not something to be questioned. Look out for such patterns and reverse them.

The duplication in the scorpio/taurus axis in 3rd & 4th and 8th & 9th houses are worth attending, yet I'm not sure of their meaning.

I'm so so in need of good relationship I hope the universe will provide. I didn't know 9th house it about relationships even if Venus is in there? Or is it due of descendant?

Oh I'm sure life is going to put me to dig deeper I'm just in therapy and feeling sometimes desperate about my ineptitude in relationships. Self-worth, finding and keeping my boundaries is one major thing to learn. Also about telling people how I feel, good or bad, I have this fear that others put me down and make feel embarrassed front of everybody..like if I reveal my utmost needs and feelings.

You have transit chiron on your natal DC and natal chiron overlaying your SR 7th house. If that doesn't shout "healing from relationships" I don't know what does.

The 9th and 11th house overlay is literally saying "higher learning about friendships and relationships". So you could be redefining or understanding what you need from all types of relationships in general; I think the 9th refers to parents at times..
