I used Lenormand because I am not so good with using tarot for yes or no.

With that being said, have you been waiting for S to contact you for a long time? The lily next to the woman talks about a long time or something that is slow. This could also talk about S being someone that is older than you. With the dog card at the end, either he will come through or that you may end you stick to waiting a bit longer? This card is being loyal and being helpful. With you facing the other way of the lily, you may be is getting tired of waiting for so long? Does this make sense?

Is N a male? I see a male is involved with this. The mice tells me that either someone will be worried, or that something is expensive or that its eating them up or taking so much. It could mean anything if its about something that you buy? The cross at the end could indicate disappointment or that someone feels like they are struggling with this.

So in my opinion, I think it will be canceled.

Because of the scythe in the middle I would think that F will may be remove it? So it can become good progress? Or to make good changes. The stars could talk about it being online, or F being showing signs that they will.

I'm a little stuck on this last one. The ring could talk about an agreement or contract, it could also mean a promise, or being in a cycle. The lily on the middle could mean for a long time, or is slow? The coffin at the end could talk about a new beginning or an ending in this case.. Hmm

this is entirely not the answer to my q but anyways thank you yes, that doctor is older and i have been waiting for a long time but yeah maybe i should stick to another doctor

What I get here is that, this man may have some big self esteem and likes to get attention from others. I think getting attention from others make him feel good about himself and that it makes him not have low confidence.
This man also likes to daydream? May be he is confused on what choices he needs to make in his life and even feelings towards another person. I think he may need to need to figure out on what does he needs to make into his life and how he feel about things.
The last card tells me that he likes to stand up for himself, he likes his opinions and not listen to alot of other suggestions. I think hes the type to stand against others and debate on that his opinion is much better ( I think). He may even like a little competition.
