The central card is 10 of cups which is the coming together card, it seems like you two will end up seeing each other/hanging out. There will be some passion there with the king of wands but the meeting may be short and quick because he seems to be busy with something else as well(king of pentacles). It seems like the meeting will be nice though, no negative energy out of this spread.

It looks like P (the emperor) is having feelings of a bit of restriction if that makes sense, of going forward. It could just be his confidence. I don't see that it was anything that you did, there are no female cards here. The high priestess is showing that there is more to this situation that meets the eye, something that has nothing to do with you but is affecting him nevertheless. Hope this makes sense to you.
