I think he took the opportunity to add you because he felt it was right in that he would like to move forwards and let go of any anxieties he may have with regards your connection. I think he had thought about it for a while, then took the decision and did it. He's drawn to you and wants you to remain in his life. There is alot of forwards looking/fresh start kind of cards. So also in rebuilding your connection. But I do see some fears/anxieties still around him at the moment.

Why he doesnt communicate with you:

I think he has been wanting to take that leap and do it, but it seems to be a bit stressed out about it perhaps(he is stressed about something). The cards are also hinting at travelling, do you know if he will be going on a trip anywhere?

But to answer your question, he has thought about doing it but seems to be a bit stressed/pressured right now. But the cards show that he will. I dont know but i think the cards are also showing a journey.

He hasnt added me just unblocked me. Not sure if this changes things.
Well, he isnt speaking to me so no way to know if he is traveling.

Your weekend..
It feels partially quiet but also there feels to be something special about it in a subtle way. I do get it going in a positive way but altogether it feels like you dont have specigic plans with a twist. Meaning something may surprise you and give you a speacial feeling. It seems more about you and as in you find a way to relax and also good time.

Work week next week..

It was about a party last night.
The home feeling was maybe about being at the girls home.
I didnt meet anyone important thou

Party was ok the part at her home was soso a bit fun a bit boring.
Then we went to a club and I danced a lot. Other girls did not have a good time. Overall I had on ok time.

My weekend was ok, i had a cold so didnt really go out except on Saturday to buy a coat. Nothing bad happened but nothing happened that made me feel special. R did text me out of the blue so that was nice. It was quite a quiet weekend altogether.

Feedback on my week so far - my boss hasnt bothered me so far as she is in the other location. There is one thing that is delayed actually so i cant work on it but its not my fault. One drama thing did happen this morning involving my colleague Y. I asked a question to on of my colleagues and Y jumped in and went off on some tangent complaining, shes quite defensive and thinks everything is an attack on her where nothing actually is, she got on my other colleagues nerves and my colleague told her she can leave if she wants lol....

I think it perhaps to attract your attention as he may have been thinking alot about you. The three of wands is a longing and I think he longs for things to be more balanced between you as he feels he is in a battle or there is some conflict within him. Strength also makes me think of tempting and the queen of wands is an active queen so I think perhaps there is this trying to get you to add him back or something. I think it is to open up opportunities. I think its so he has to avoid making the choice himself so hopes you might but wants things to change.

I might be wrong but this is what i feel in the cards.

Will Y start being less defensive in our team meetings ?
