clover fell out while I shuffled and moon was upright as I layed out the cards.

This whole spread point to a yes for me. There seems to be a man involved in some way, perhaps someone will help you out, the course leader is a male or maybe you will be meeting someone there. Tower can represent univeristies/government buildings and rider can be the messenger, further more its associated with the 9 hearts, which is a wish card. Generally the spread is positive. And as clover jumped out while i shuffled it is a card of luck, maybe something will happen out of the blue that will enable you to go. I have a feeling your emotional life will be impacted somehow.

Oh boy it doesn't look like a yes, it seems this person is going through some issues or struggles with their stability(anchor) or finances (10 of pentacles on tower) makes me thing that something important in their life is in jeopardy.

I think the primary purpose is to help others. I know I have empathic abilities But I need to develop my skills and understand/control them first, reading is a way im comfortable with for now. Maybe the aim is to help others help themselves? help them in the life lessons? Im still learning...

I think everyone has psychic abilities, some just have them more developed than others because of years of practise/past lives/how they are used etc. everyone's view is different on that though...
