About my known question, my sole alive cat is blackish gray. But we had a lot of cats, and they were the colors that you mentioned, and 2 of my dead cats are reddish orange and have curtailed and short rounded tails. Maybe you saw their spirit?

I did clearly see red orange cat. Was first thing that came to me. so maybe I can see spirits or possibly just your memory of him? Been trying to open my third eye for awhile.
