Thank you, it all makes sense knowing how he gets, now I guess its up to me to see much I am willing to wait or give in.

Yes he will make effort to see you, you may see him more than once and you and him may even keep quite well in contact when he leaves, before he leaves I get a sense that there is things he may need to bing to a close at work or something like this and this may keep him a bit busy but he will make an effort knowing he should be more fair and give you the effort you deserve and he knows you have been patient. He does sees this in you and he wants to give back to show he does care.
