I think the first couple of cards is you contemplating reaching out to him, but i also think they show him feeling nice about it but not sure on what to do. I think he will feel this connection between you still but keep himself a little isolated for a time, being closed off a bit not showing himself. Then i think with rider and clover as outcome you hear from him.

I think he will like it and it perhaps will make him feel hopeful on things as i think he feels the distance. He will think alot on it and not react right away there is some doubts and fears there too. But when a tower falls another builds and with the ace wands there is a planting the seeds so to speak. The two makes me think he will reach out at sometime. To be honest the wheel does not tell me what will happen it just suggests things would start changing in some way. And with the ace swords as main theme it suggests transformation and perhaps things becoming more clear.

I might be off but this is what the cards say to me. I think he would respond at sometime.

R was a little stressed so i went to help him with some of his work on friday. Something triggered my insecurities and i started to be quite cold and just focused on the work. I know it is more me then him but at the time i couldnt help it. I dont like being like that and i never used to be.

The cards show he does have feelings of a romantic nature for you. He is clear on those feelings. As to what he wants i think he is walking away from romantic things for the moment as he is reflecting and pondering on things, how to start afresh in his emotional life. Now the future cards i feel him taking some kind of action, 8 wands is acton and 6 is a victory. With the 6 cups i think there will be nostalgia, wanting harmony in emotional life, and 6 is movements so things to get moving.

So he does have romantic feelings, he knows he does. But i think he is also taking a break from romantic things for now just to do some inner ponderings as to what direction to take. But yes he will want something romantic in my view. He is working on walking from the 8 cups to the 9
Cups (wants/wishes/goals)

I think it will be very nice for a while, maybe even a little flirting, then i think there is a crossroads so to speak, like a feeling of stuck so communication stops, but only for a short time, then he reaches out again. Clouds usually mean confusion but it often comes up as him in readings i have done for you and with book i think he might be a bit closed of at times.

So it will be nice, then slows down or stops for a short while, then there is communicating again. I think there might be a little bit flirting perhaps though I feel he might be a bit closed off at times, not revealing too much about himself, but there will be communication between you .
