I think it was bad, things were quite up in the air and they felt a battle. They seemed to have alot on Their mind, but the cards also suggest that the worst is over. I think they are taking action in bringing balance back into their life. There will still be some work to go there as things seem to be a little up in the air still and they are aiming to be emotionally content and I think they will get there in the end.

So its not perfect now but its improved from before. I think the worst is over and they are taking action to bring balance back to their life. They seem to have had somethings going on but they are taking action, and there will still be some work to go, but they will get there.

Do you know someone already? If not, there is indeed someone coming up soon. This will probably be a new daring relationship - ace of wands is a card of creating new realities, new experiences that challenge the accepted way of doing things. 7 of swords reinforces this message of doing things your own way with this person. You will achieve a lot of emotional contentment. This relationship will be worth pursuing no matter what struggles come along.

The ten of swords i dont think it is the worst card to be honest, it indicates things cant get worst and the only way is up. So it will get better. I do think he is working on it but it will take him some time. I think the worst is over.

They are company G and company AC, which one will I enjoy working for and will benefit me the most?

4 of wands, 5 of swords, Ace of swords

This is very interesting - both spreads have a 5 in the present position. They are indeed much of a muchness in terms of suitablity, but both presenting different challenges. Company G speaks of you being disappointed after what appears to be a positive start. But it will be a good learning experience too as negative things have lessons to teach as well. This post has more stability about it. Perhaps good guidance from a mentor - someone you will meet who will be of benefit to you.

AC, on the other hand, is likely to present some conflicts but you will develop skills to confront situations that do not mesh with your understanding of things and the presence of mind to articulate your position.

To clarify, I pulled 1 card each. Company G - 4 of wands
Company AC - 6 of swords.

It seems that Company G will be the better of the two. You will let go of the offer from AC. 6 of swords means a break.
