AR... at first some shock like she wouldnt think you had in you to react like this. She will know its a reaction to how she was with you. Her ego will be bruised and I get a sense she may try to be extra nice or well fake nice to get your good side back.
She will mostly miss the attention and good you gave her as she did feed of your good energy. So mixed emotions there.

This will start off a good friendship. I get them opening up their shell a bit more and being more trusting. One of you will open up more personally and in that way showing you want a real friendship.
They feel trustworthy to me and honest so someone to count on. I also get laughs with you two. A good connection and understanding.

Here, it shows he wants to 'win' you back. Like a warrior going to war to get what he wants and leaving waste in the background. It seems like he wants to leave his life and do what his heart wants to do, but the 4 of wands says that for him-at this point- is not very feasible. Knight of cups is a person who can understand him too well emotionally (a good thing)

10 of wands - faith - the wheel of fortune

I get that he's not going to be moving in the first half of this year. Faith and wheel of fortune says he'll be making more trips home.... may eventually move back, but that is something for 2018, I think. Wheel of fortune is going up and down, signifying back and forth travel.

I get someone from past and someone new. Someone who made a bigger impression on you will be in communication which will lead to you both thinking about the future. But also a new person may come in, not as soon but after a month or so. There will be an instant attraction and he will give you a special feeling. So there may come a point of you even needing to chose which way to go but love life will become more action filled soon.

Doesn't show a change in your situation per se. It shows a change in your perspective and how you see the job. It shows you growing more restless towards the summer-autumn time, but you still being in a stable financial position (which I will have to assume is you having the same... or similar... job down the line). There aren't any issues which I see in your job hunt.. if there is one.

I would be saying that you stay in your job until you choose to leave. I see no firings here. If you try to find another position, you will find one which fits your criteria easily.

For you and N,
there seems to be some communication coming your way which could give you a better understanding of N.
The friendship will have some fun moments where you both just let go in a way, giving yourself the freedom to be who you are without holding back.
I also get a sense of honesty and compassion, almost like a new level of understanding comes and it brings you closer to eachother. There may come a moment where you and N might hit a small bump also, so the talk or better understanding might come after this small bump which will bring you closer.
