So Venus is the chart ruler, and it's on the MC, so it looks like public display of love or possibly getting into a profession that has something to do with beauty or the arts.

SR Jupiter in Libra trine natal sun adding more emphasis to the love/beauty/arts theme.

SR 7th house overlays the natal 10th house so again, there is something about Libra/Venus assuming a public role. (Or possible, involvement with Capricorns? I notice your natal DSC in Cap is conjunct the sr IC in Capricorn, so all these 10H overlays with Venus could point to, romance with a Cap???) Having Aries Mars conjunct that Venus infuses it with even more energy and drive towards accomplishment.

Also, natal Venus opposing SR moon, like this year your emotions will be preoccupied with attending to the practical side of Venus matters.
