Interesting chart and person.

Venus is the chart ruler, and ruler of the NN, so we begin there.

3H Venus conjunct Mercury:
He's a very smooth talker, both serious and affectionate, with a nice voice, probably. He may not talk too much but he can leave quite an impact. HIGHLY intelligent and possibly a bit psychic. He may say a lot of things that strike a deep chord with people. He may phrase things differently than most people would. His Mercury is semisextile Uranus so there is a touch of genius at times and also perhaps a bit of nervousness in his voice. His Venus-Mercury squares his NN-Mars and his SN-moon. So there is a LOT going on here, when he speaks.

Also his Venus-Mercury aspects Sag Pluto and Aqua Uranus; it's on the midpoint of these, adding a kind of explosive potential to the things he says, even if he says them in a calm way.

This is someone who needs strong communication with other people. He's not merely pleasant, he's trying to evolve himself by evolving others. He's actively building strong connections while wrestling with some ingrained habits that are based around a preference to be alone and do things his own way, completely.

It's a difficult Venus, it aspects most of his chart, rules his chart and destiny. He's not going to get into love situations easily. Or if he does, he might slip out very fast (the Gemini-like nature of 3H Venus), until he finds The One. His Venus is semisextile Uranus, and Uranus is trine his NN, so that will probably affect the circumstances in which he falls in love. Possibly suddenly. Possibly with someone who has strong Aquarian energy/Aquarius planets.

4H Cap stellium:
He is intelligent and very deliberate. Even though his sun is conjunct laid-back Neptune and happy Jupiter, he might be perceived as stubborn, because he takes his time forming opinions and will not budge off them no matter what. His sun conjunct Ceres (and Neptune) makes him caring and he's probably a good listener. He might prefer to keep many of his opinions close to his chest, and only reveal them to his good friends and his family. The thing is, he may clash with this world a bit. He might be reclusive and then a dictator over smaller matters, especially with his 6H sun conjunct Saturn. He might have pets and care for them with extreme meticulousness, for instance.

His NN is in the 12H meaning his growth is along spiritual lines.

He's trying to draw the distinction between serving other people by caring for them, and being in love with them. I'd guess he is attractive and popular but constantly needs to monitor the effect he has on people, to spare them any hurt feelings if he chooses not to get romantic as they desire.

I just want to say that I think planets in early Cancer (0-5°) will play a particularly important role in his life, as they complete his grand crosses.

Planets in later Cancer, falling in his 10H, will also be important as a counterbalance to his 4H Cap stellium. Later Cancer planets may give him emotional support and encouragement; a business association may develop where the Cancer person is the more visible of the pair, and he does a lot of the work behind the scenes. His moon rules the MC and it's in the 6H conjunct Saturn, so he is probably highly capable with tedious chores like managing paperwork, despite the fact on another level he may dislike it (sun conjunct Neptune). I guess it depends on the overall purpose of the work. If it satisfies him, he'll be really excellent at keeping affairs in order.

Just my amateur guesswork.

Mercury-Venus in Capricorn 3rdH

He loves to chat and/or sing, but he is very rigid and serious. Sun in Capricorn/Jupiter in Aqua

Squares from Moon, Mars, Mercury, Venus

Sexually charged, but prone to moodiness. I just don't have a good vibe about his love nature. It seems fleeting..and mostly sexual. Passionate, but cold/rigid. Moon-Saturn in Aries..ugh..
I would stay away =(, but that's just my opinion..

I find this very curious because I've always tought his voice is different. I mean, one day he has a type of voice, and the other day his voice sounds different. I don't know if this make sense, haha or if I explain well. But more than once I think he "makes" a voice, he tries to sound different. Nvm, It's not important I guess.
And sometimes he seems nervious when he talks.

I don't know too much about his love life but he always says or write things that make everyone understand that he doesn't have "good luck" in love relationships. Although, I've always think he is just being overeacted but maybe he is not, maybe.

I don't have a good vibe about him in that way neither . I don't know how he is with his friends but I got the feeling he is complicated in general. And I feel attraction, I'm attracted to him and I don't know why, he is not even my 'type' (physically) but I feel VERY attracted to him, very, very.
