when will i be in a committed relationship? 4 years of being single gets tiring LOL yes lets see 8 of cups - the lovers - the sun Yes he will be relocating to oregon, 8 of cups is almost about turning a page to enter a new chapter in your life.. meaning I do see him starting there again. Okay so I am not good at timing but I have attempted to answer the best I can.
I think that Summer you will be or come across some one that you feel attracted to and feel a connection with you will really want to start to see longevity here. It will be one of those things you are not sure about or the other party is not sure about it will be a decision that will be have to be made. I think you meet someone special that will start but then end swiftly I believe.

SO, it looks like the chance to be liberated is there but maybe your refusing to look at it or realize it? What you need to do so at this time is rest relax and so meditation maybe prayers. You are now in the present in control of you life, thoughts and how you handle emotions you cannot control anything beyond yourself but you can control your thoughts actions emotions as you are your own keeper. So yes you can it is up to you to look at that you also really need to do some resting at this time
