Yes, makes sense. I been having re-occurring anxiety and down moods lately. That I usually can handle...but been getting worst. So I think it's a combination. I am going to see this person to help me overcome my recent panic attacks. I just wanted to make sure he would be helpful and not waste my time, because I had to make the appointment like 4 weeks in advance.

Looks like he is well knowledgeable and will help me gain control over my anxiety disorder or at least find options to try out.
