I am involved with the most complicated guy( I think!). Either I am being inpatient with him and I need to take it slowly/let it unfold naturally, or I am wasting my time with him.

The guy likes you but I have to say that this all seems very much lighthearted and immature for me for now. He thinks of you as a very worthy person and is actually very attracted to you. I also see him having fun with you and overall pleasant feelings coming from him.

In all honesty, I do not see this connection lasting. The guy likes you, feels good but I dont get it the relationship will go further than lets say heart lighted fun. I do see there will be clarification of the status of your relationship and that he will communicate something to you that might hurt you, so watch out. If you want to keep it light and fun, then all good. If you are looking for something more serious and substantial, this one might not be the one.
Of course, future can always change, so keep in mind the present with his feelings towards you.

Here is where my confusion is coming from If he feels for me and knows that I am a worthy person why can it get developed into something? For right now we don't put any labels, but I am afraid he is having fun until he meets someone he wants a relationship with and be gone. Is that the case? He does not feel I am the one? Or we are not that long "together" so he is taking his time to see where it goes?

From what I get, this guy is not serious overall. Seems like he wants to play the field, or at least he is not ready for the relationship.
I noticed that we women tend to ask ourselves why the guy doesnt want something, what if this has to do anything with us, why if he likes us it doesnt develop into something more serious.
Sometimes it is just the case that HE ISNT ready. Not that you are not good enough...etc. There might be plenty of reasons. However I do not see this becoming more serious.
I almost fee sorry when I give such a pessimistic reading but I try to remind people that nothing is set in the stone and that the future CAN change. If the energy continues to flow as it flows now, this outcome is most likey.
