I thought maybe so since my Moon is in the 6th house. Which is the house of service.

Just having a quick look. The 6th house as I understand it is the day to day work, what you do for money. I think the 10th house is what you are sort of known for. Chiron in the 10th could mean healing/teaching. It is in gemini, as is your mars in the 10th. Chiron is sextile Mercury in the 8th. Mars is trine your moon in Aquarius in the 6th. And Mercury looks to be your oriental planet.

because of Gemini and Mercury, I'm actually thinking something in communication and healing. Counselling or something like that, could be teaching? Does that appeal to you? I would think you must have good communication skills. Also check the position of your healing asteroids. There is a thread somewhere on Lindaland that gives the numbers.

Your rising sign is Leo, north node in 8th house along with Mercury. 8th house issues will be a life theme for you I would imagine.

When you say teaching do you mean like a school teacher? I have thought about being a Psychologist or Therapist.
I added the asteroids Asclepius, Panacea and Hygiea. I have Panacea in the 10th house and trines my Moon and conjuncts my mars. Asclepius is in my 4th house and conjuncts my Saturn. And Hygiea is in my 11th house and sextiles my Sun, squares my Venus and is in opposition of my Uranus. You said that you think 8th house issues maybe a be a life theme for me. Meaning that I should look into a career that involves things that have to do with the 8th house?

Teaching can be in any capacity, not necessarily a school teacher. I think a psychologist would probably qualify esp since that could be tied to 8th house issues. It could be like teaching others how to take control of their lives, for example. Chiron in the 10th, this could be like how you can take the problems you have dealt with and help others. Does that sound relevant?

Lately I have been reading about astrology and life purpose/soul mission. For clues to life purpose we are to look at the rising sign and where the north node is located, by sign and house. I noticed both your north node and mercury are in the 8th. For progress in our lifetime we need to stretch in the direction of the north node and embody those qualities. That's what I've been reading. With the 8th house issues, it could mean that it's something you would focus on, not necessarily at work but in a general sense. But you could bring it into your work if you wanted to. I think it would fit with being a psychologist or therapist, delving into others' issues that are hard to talk about. Does that kind of make sense?

btw I'm not a professional just a long time student, so please, don't think that this is something you have to do and I could be completely wrong. Just consider, see if it's something you would like to do.

I'll have to look up what Panacea means. From what I've read it means a remedy or where you can heal yourself, not quite sure.

MC and Sun in Taurus - Taurus is a massage friendly sign
10th house:
Mars in Gemini - Mars is associated with physical activity, Gemini is associated with hands
Chiron in Gemini - healing others by using hands
Moon in the 6th house - intuitive understanding of how to heal and the need to be of service to others
MC ruler in Pisces: career that involves reducing suffering
MC and 2nd house rulers in the 8th house: career related to regeneration of some kind
2nd house cusp in Virgo - obtaining income through a medicine-related job
6th house ruler in the 4th house - working in a closed, intimate space

I think the answer is yes.
