Let me know if any of this slightly resonates.
So I see that you assume think you will as that would be most obvious or way that makes sense. Your looking forward to that notion. However there's going be some major change unexpected I don't see that you will get placement through them I think your going to gain some independent away from the company you'll feel more in control feel for the better it will be like opportunities elsewhere

Whatever you said to him he's taking it kindly but yet there is a sense of being hurt or disappointed as well. So geez this place is really mundane to you yoyr totally disatisfied and 2nd extended time there that will still be your feeling about it. You will be really stressed being there longer will be bit agonizing for you feeling aimless. So in sense of experience and time put in yes it will benefit you but not benefit you and your desire if that makes sense. I see you will have another choice coming up around that time that you will be on dense about leaving or staying where you are so choose what makes you happy

So the cards are asking how do you really feel about him and his vibes, and if you trust him deep down, because there is this sense you have some suspicions about him subconsciously. You two would definitely reunite and be together for sure, it looks to go great. but with both cards at the end it looks like he might keep you hanging with his promises, take this connection one step at a time and with some caution.
