I'll post my details cause I'm very incompetent with posting my chart. Could be my mercury in Taurus.

April 3/71 900 Calgary, Canada.

I have been ill off and in over the years with the same symptoms that I'm suffering with now.

I have been very ill for a month now - couch ridden with no energy. Sometimes I think I'm going to have a heart attack and other times I can't even get up to do things.

I took a trip back home and I was sick through the whole trip. I was dragging. I missed three gatherings. On day I walked a total of six kilometers and that was very difficult for me. When I came back, I went o the doctor and was told that I'm anemia and maybe prediabetic. I was given iron pills to take. No idea in what to eat now, but I'm avoiding sugars etch like the plague.

Even after my initial app, I have been checked out by the doctor a few times more. Only to get told that I'm okay.... but these physical symptoms are really decreasing my quality of life....i'm feeling caged in. I can't drive in this condition. I have some good days and today I'm back being just a zero energy bump on the couch.

I have no idea what is going on with the transits but it feels like death warmed over..... the climax of previous years health issues come into light......

To fix the anemia issues I'm slated for a hysterectomy within the next few months.....

Any ideas and thank you beforehand.

hey dear, I thought I'd do a tarot spread for you as I can really relate to what you are going through. I am at a health low point right now as well, so you have my condolences and compassion.

First of all, your ill health is really being reflected through this reading, so if you can, really allow yourself to focus on your healing. The first card is suggesting that you will improve your health through creating a healthy routine for yourself with enough sleep, taking appropriate vitamins, eating well... Basically really mapping out what a *healthy lifestyle* looks like for you are following that protocol even if it is difficult. If you can go on little walks around that would be good, but avoid any extreme exercises. The next card affirms that you SHOULD be slowing down and taking it easy, it's a time for rest and recovery. Don't feel bad about missing events, it is what your body is asking of you. However, do try to remember that there ARE people with worse health that you and try to maintain a grateful mindset for the health that you do have. The last card I pulled shows that you need to focus on self love. You tend to give lots to others, but now is a time to focus that energy inward and on yourself. <3

Hi Sag,

Sorry you're going through this.

No astrology help but just anecdotal: 10 years ago I had a vaguely similar thing. I became severely anemic due to cycle issues - basically it didn't stop for weeks. I was so tired that walking from one room to another was exhausting. Doctors could not figure out what was wrong. I had bad side-effects from the progestin tablets prescribed, refused to take the medication, condition got worse, found a really good acupuncturist who helped reverse it slowly. Expensive though.

After a couple of years, hundreds of $$$ of acupuncture treatments and with the symptoms recurring (to a much lesser extent) I figured out that it got worse when I ate certain foods especially wheat. After cutting out wheat the issue gradually lessened and left for good. After cutting out the wheat it has not recurred and when I do eat wheat, similar symptoms return so I know not to eat it.

I'm not at all sure if your issue is the same but are you possibly allergic/intolerant to any particular foods? Especially wheat? (dairy?) I normally would say go see your doctor but none of the doctors I saw helped me with this issue except try to prescribe drugs with nasty side-effects. Can you track symptoms to any particular foods, for example? Just my two cents as I don't know your background and I'm not a medical professional of any sort. I stress that this is purely anecdotal and may not work for you but thought I should ask.

I still have my uterus, at one point thought I would have to get rid of it too.

Might have something to do with Saturn in the 12th.

Thank you for your insights!

I haven't figured out what's going on food wise. Usually I'm quick to catch foods that don't agree with me. I'm not sure where to start food wise figuring out stuff. This past week I have drastically cut down my sugar intake, increased iron rich foods.

I haven't been on meds in previous years, so I can say it's side effects.

And now my sex drive is through the roof....

With this placement, I'm more like an introverted hermit. Squaring MC and nodes.... my birth family growing up was abusive and hostile..... surrounded by people who were not nice to me...... turning into a hermit was a manifestation of that..... growing up in an unsafe environment assuming the world was unsafe too....

Slated for a hysterectomy sometime within the few months. On the cancellation and urgent list. I'm dreading my menses coming up.

Always a heavy bleeder. Bad painful cramps since the get go. An IUD is nor viable and an ablation won't guarantee the painful cramps going away...... next option is a hysterectomy via laparascopically and delivered via birth canal.

Update.....

Still feeling under the weather.... it seems to linger. Doctors don't know what it is and now I'm grasping straws.... the haemoglobin is normal and I'm still this way.....

The iron pills side effects are really bothering me.....

I have drastically cut down on sugar and am mindful of what I eat.

I'm getting eight to nine hours of sleep a night.

Keeping up with being active when I can

Sag,

Try eating amaranth, which is an ancient grain unlike the ones that have gluten in them. It cooks up like cream of wheat, but is brown. It has a high percentage of the iron you need daily, vitamin c and also other important nutrients. You could also benefit from a plant based, sugar free, protein shake with 20 plus grams of protein in one serving. Vitamin B12 is also good for energy. How is your vitamin D level? When mine was low, it put everything off balance including menstruating at that time.

Good luck and best wishes,
Spring
