Tonia! I pulled emperor, 2 wands and 10 cups. It seems that A may be tending to a familial situation right now and must be focused on that. I do not feel anything really personal in relation to negativity to you or anything but there is a very dominant force on them currently and they may be feeling pressure to decide on something that could have to do with parents or other family members. Let me know if this resonates.
