Firstly, when the Wheel of Fortune is cast, the way forward is not clear as the energies are still moving into position around you/the query. I would recommend revisiting this query in a couple of weeks for a clearer reading.

However, we do have something to work with with the Ace of Swords and 10 of Wands.

All aces are the beginning of cycles and all 10s are the end of cycles.

So here we have the beginning of a new cycle ending an old one.

This speaks to the emergence of a new way of thinking and communicating, with crystal clear clarity. This is neither positive or negative in and of itself, however, depending on what is being communicated and the choice of words, and tone, swords and lend a 'cutting' edge to communication. This is great for being totally understood, but not so great for sensitive issues where you may wish to be subtle and tread carefully.

It looks to me (do not take as gospel, as I do not have the connection with this spread I would have if I cast it myself) that in sharing these feelings, you will have a sense of relieving a heavy burden. As if this has been weighing on your mind and heart for a long time.

I would suggest though that you be aware that with the Ace of Swords you will be heard loud and clear, therefore make sure that what you say is what you truly wish to be received. Ask yourself if you are sharing for the right reasons. Be sure that no harm will be caused.
The problem with relieving burdens is that we can neglect to consider the consequences, so please bear this in mind.

As I did not cast this spread, I am merely giving you some potentially relevant information on the cards. How it relates directly to your situation is best left to you.

Hope this helps.
