What are his intentions

I see Bouquet in the middle along with Tree and House wrapping the spread. It looks like he does not want to lose you from his life and he is worried that he might now with this baby situation.
Mice and Crossroads is him worring that you may go a different way. Crossroad is also him feeling split between what he wants and what is needed. His intentions with contacting you now is not to lose you because he knows you are upset about it. Tree is a long time connection. He does not want it end now.

No, he has not moved on, found someone else or forgotten you.
He is needing his solitude time, he needs to not talk to people and get others opinions in his head, he is having some issues and they just feel a little too much now, so it feels like he is being silent with others too, he does at times talk to some but I feel it is something that is only short and to the point. So him being silent is not just pointed at you. I get him in hermit mode, being introverted inward in a more thinking mode.
What I get on him, is him having issues from a few sides, I get him wanting to figure out his life in general and make it less full of hassle and just more simple and he is having trouble with that. I do get some family issues, or someone very close to him being a nag and I get him wanting to figure out his love life with you also so these things pushed him to go into his mode to try and finally figure out things.
It is not so personal to you, just like I wrote above that he needs the small space.

1. If you were to text him, he would respond. He would be rather stubborn and dictating the pace and the topic/ questions during the exchange. He had calmed down and feels more stable now. He will not talk about the baby (Book + Child).

It is a confirmation of your life long link, judging by the Bear and Ring in the middle and Tree and Dog surrounding it. It's to keep you in the loop for god knows what reasons. Yes, it is about the tie. Bear is strong with the Ring on top . Tree is life long and Dog is loyalty and even soulmatey. Man starts the spread as the lead with Birds on top ( he is mentally connected to you). Anchor ends the spread, cementing what was shaky. The spread says he is here to stay.

He felt like the gesture was nice, I get a sense that he knew you would worry/think about him being jealous or just that he will see you there, so he kind of felt a little amused but nice with the gesture.
He also felt included in some way.
His mood, the gesture added to his day, it made him think about you through the day. So his mood was very positive, I dont feel he minded you being with the coworkers however it made him wonder about you, and it made him wonder what got you to make the gesture you did.
So I feel that it was a positive thing, it brought him more thoughts of you especially curiosity.
