having been blessed with more time, I would like to offer a further 5 free readings. Let's have an enlightened month of May!

1. New querants only. This is only for those who have not received a reading from me in the past month.

2. Readings will be conducted on Friday 19th May 2017.

3. Readings will be anywhere between 1-5 cards. This is determined intuitively while I am reading.

4. One question only. If you do not have a question, that is fine too. If you do not ask a question I will proceed with the assumption you do not have one.

5. To get the most out of your reading:
please avoid questions you have already asked of the tarot and try to avoid yes/no questions. The tarot is designed to provide insight, depth and revelation. Yes/no questions limit tarot's potential to guide you.

I need insight/direction on "career" "financial" matters,please!I want so much to be an independent woman but I'm on crisis because I think I have no talents.

I know it may seem pernickety, but I've read for long enough to know that a poorly targeted question will yield poor results.

Is this your first reading Blackestcashmere?

I will ask for both, but the cards that come out may lean toward one or the other. It would be difficult to capture both in a 1-5 card reading. However, if I feel I should continue to cast, I will. I follow my intuition (and break my own rules, I guess??)

No it's my my first but I don't know how to conduct my questions correctly for tarot questions hehe. Anything that you're comfortable is good enough, I don't want you to break any rules since you're giving me a wild card here. I appreciate it! Thanks and looking forward to this reading.

A good rule of thumb for asking questions that yield the most information is basically, to ask for information, insight, advice, direction, connections.

Yes/No questions whittle down and limit the possible responses. I am not saying it is not possible to predict with tarot, however it is unstable, and borderline unethical for the reader.

The best use of tarot is to empower people and elevate them to a place of power and choice. Yes/No predictions can be disempowering. They send the message that the future is already written and that you have no power or control - this is simply not true.

Hope you're doing well. I'm going to change my question because a huge problem just broke out in the new company I'm supposed to join. Now I am torn between staying with my "sucky" current employment and joining the new one, which may not be as stable as it first seemed. And another option is to just work as a freelancer.

My new question is: What do I need to do in order to find work that will provide me both with financial stability and creative freedom?

I hope I worded the question properly. If not, please feel free to fix it so that it is tarot-friendly and will give me guidance. Thanks in advance.

you asked for timing really, which is not an exact science with tarot, therefore, in order for you to get more out of the reading, I have asked what you need to know to find happiness in your career. This should be close enough to your query, but phrased more toward seeking insight.

* The Hierophant * The Sun * 9 of Wands * 2 of Swords *

The Sun represents your ultimate happiness and joy in your career, the cards around it give advice on how to get there. Interestingly, there is not one pentacle card, this indicates that there are no issues with your technical ability in achieving your desired career at present.

I feel there is a person in a position of authority that you must win over. I do not mean by corrupt methods, but I do sense you are being asked to prove yourself. This person either does not know you at all, or knows you very little, therefore even if you are competent, you must show this in a tangible way to gain their trust. Take all opportunities for relevant training and anything that allows you to showcase your talent to this person. You may be feeling quite defensive just now and beaten down. Try not to let this colour your perception of yourself as this can come across to others as irritability, closed-mindedness and inflexibility. try not to judge the future by the hurts of the past. You may be catastrophising or magnifying the worst possible outcomes, and this will limit your ability to put your best self forward. My feeling is that the cards are advising you to recognise that your work in one area is now complete. You seem to know this logically, but you may be struggling to let go. You are asked to fully embrace reality without fear and trust that your knowledge is sufficient to guide you to the next stage of your journey. A complete change of direction is indicated here, a total transformation. You are advised to have the courage to tear down the old and welcome in the new. You must not cling to the familiar, despite all the comfort it offers, you are being asked to take a calculated risk. It is calculated because the Hierophant suggests you have all the knowledge and experience about systems and processes you require to take radical action. Bear in mind the pitfalls of stepping away from the collective, remember all you have learned as a cog in the wheel before you step out autonomously. You have time to take control, however, I feel if you linger in your current situation, a change will come anyway, but you may not have as much control over the outcome.
