Someone could help me interpret my natal chart in the couple / relationships field, if it can be positive and when can the moment come? Since months ago I feel that in this subject everything goes wrong. I leave my natal chart.

The thing that jumped out at me about your 7th house is actually nothing to do with the transits, but that Chiron. I have this placement too.
My understanding of 7th house Chiron, particularly when it is close to the DC is that you may attract many people who trigger old wounds in you and bring them up for healing. Many of your relationships may be about healing and developing resilience. This can be very difficult and feel as if all relationships are hard work! But stick in there. Seriously. It pays off tenfold for your self-knowledge and development, putting you in a strong position to navigate very deep and complex relationships with others.
The kind that a triple Scorpio would love to get their teeth into.

You are very watery, so you must be mindful of losing yourself in a relationship, particularly with that Pisces Moon. Stay grounded any way you can.

This is not a brief transit. Pluto's presence in far south declination will continue to make transits to various natal points in your chart for years to come.

Part of this is an awakening of aspects of your emotional sensitivity (Pluto transit sextile natal Moon in Pisces) you may previously have seen as weakness or tried to deny. Now is your opportunity to see those sensitivities as a certain kind of power, but not in the conventional sense. Pluto now transits its midpoint between Pluto and Moon in your natal chart. Expect to feel things more deeply, but know your mind can handle and process it.

Pluto in transit conjunct natal Saturn indicates a period of the importance of taking control in new and empowering ways. This is inner change. Don't expect material resources to be as plentiful as you'd like. You can find out what most matters to you and at least temporarily let go of some ownership in favor of the practicalities of what it takes to live day-to-day.

It makes sense, recently I decided to change the deal with people, I am being honest, brutally .. before I was shy and sometimes lied to look good, now I want to expose my opinions without filter and I am no longer interested what the rest Think of me as to what I do, say or think.

I feel it makes sense because this is very recent but what I realized is that I do not do well in love relationships, I do not get to know anyone, I feel a lot of rejection, my last relationship ended in 2014, then met other people and I could never reach anything serious, I had relationships with an ex-partner recently but she left and so with all the people I'm meeting, I feel rejected, I worry.

I suggest putting yourself into an environment where you can be with others who are roughly as sensitive and internal as you. Maybe an arts class of some kind, or a spiritual group. Not assuming you have not already taken this approach, but the idea is to be around others where you can hopefully express your inner self in some non-direct way and give them a chance to appreciate you as you really are.
