Okay I think it took him by surprise, the comment. He wasn't expecting this kind of message, it happened really fast in his eyes. He feels strongly about this message, but mostly feels a lot of guilt for some reason, he feels really bad. Did he do something bad to you? if so, he can't stop replaying that in his head or he can't stop thinking about what happened to break ur relationship.
With Hierophant, he wants to do the right thing with this message, as in answering you or acting up or whatever, he wants to do the most responsible and right thing but has no idea what to do.

He can't stop overanalyzing the message, trying to think things straight (but not succeeding).5 of cups also could speak of looking back at the past; what we had is better than what we have.

okay so this exam is gave you alot of problems or was really difficult but you did well so no worries.

not sure about his hurt feelings since I have never even had a conversation with him longer than 1 minute. but yeah could be some trivial thing
