Hi guys I recently got sported for my work visa in new zealand in April and currently have been applying online to jobs like crazy. I had an interview with one prospective job but had to turn it down as it wasn't what I thought it was. Today I got an email from a prospective job from the inland revenue department(New Zealand's equivalent go the IRS in tge U.S. and IRD for short)as I feel I made their shortlist as they sent me the next step which was an online psychological assessment. The next step us to wait and see if I passed and will get called for an interview which I hope I do and i also applied at the city's casino as a food and beverage service staff.I will not lie I do feel quite down and depressed because I'm just so afraid that I will fail here and that I feel bad as my partner is working but not full time as he us recovering from an injury that I can't help until I have a job. I have been out of work for almost a year due to moving here and having a visitor visa which did not allow me to work and i am just eager to get back to work. If someone is willing to help my questions are:
1.will I get a call for an interview with the IRD and get the job?
2.will I get a call for an interview with the casino and get the job?
I really appreciate anyone's help and encouragement Thank you.

Dear Libragirl,

I cast for your question 1.

You drew * The Lovers * 6 of Swords *

It looks like you may be head-to-head with one other person in being offered an interview. I feel from this card if you have presented yourself as honest with strong values relevant to the company and post, you will be offered an interview. Like I said though, I feel they will be choosing between you and one other person. The good thing about this is that your application must be good enough to be considered. So take heart if this does not go through, sometimes selections are so difficult to make, they are made on seemingly erroneous factors, simply to shortlist, because the calibre of applicants is so high and comparable to each other.

The 6 of Swords for whether you will be offered the job is interesting. (please note, I did not do a standard yes/no technique here, so we are relying on interpretation for yes/no which can be complicated). This is a card of moving on, but it is with a sadness and resignation. However, in this position, I am not convinced that this is a negative response from the tarot. Moving on is exactly what you want to do, you wish to move from your current position of not being in employment. Another important thing this card may be indicating is relocation. You may be offered a job that requires you to relocate or travel quite far to get to your working base. (additional cards cast: 5 of Wands, Moon, Empress) There is discord around this, you may feel very conflicted and even have some heated exchanges regarding this, as you weigh it up. Be careful, an opportunity coming may not be all that it seems. It could be better than it seems, or there may be fine details that you must pay attention to before making a decision. All these talks and conflicts will actually bear fruit. The cards are suggesting that your current strife is actually laying the foundations for a fertile period where your hard work, weighing and juggling will pay off.

Thank you for the reading. For the first job I still haven't heard anything so hopefully next week as the applications close in the 18th of June. They had me take an assessment for the first job and I did the best to my ability. If I don't get i will be okay as i just keep putting in applications. Like today I recently put in an application for being one of those online agents that help customers online via instant messaging chat. I have my hopes up for that job because i am working on a computer and online. I've recently had two interviews which one was with the second question and the u wasn't selected. The first interview I had wasn't what I expected. I won't lie I'm afraid to fail here in New Zealand as I'm trying to get employment before I'm eligible for residency next month and when I do go I'm able to show immigration that I want to stay in New Zealand indefinitely. Its hard getting a job in a new country as I really want to put in my fair share of contribution with my fiance as he isn't able to work full time at the moment due to injury and it's not fair in my eyes. All I can do is remain hopeful and positive but just sometimes it's really hard to.
