I am getting up there and I am no closer to finding anyone special. I have given up on having children altogether actually, because of my age. Does anything in my chart look promising for love?

I think progressions,Solar return charts can help you with the prediction part but I don't know much about it so let's hope someone else come in

As then there is, first one soft arc, from Sun to Venus at January and right after that MC is making arc to Venus at April. Also at April it is only quincunx but I consider it to medium hard aspect so It may bring love to your life.

Both of those arcs should bring relationship or commitment into ones life. Meeting some new person and falling in love. But I can't promise it for sure as they are not hard aspects. But your 7th house ruler (natal) seems to be Sun so maybe it is bolstering this

As Uranus transits closer to tight square with your natal Venus, you can expect your relational life to get stirred up -- especially when Jupiter goes into late Libra and early Scorpio in September.

But don't waste any time, because you have a very active progressed aspect of Sun parallel Venus right now. It will be active through the rest of 2017. Make it work for you. These are windows of opportunity for putting yourself forward, but especially for doing it with a particular resolve. My wife did not meet me until she decided to stop dating jerks, that anyone else would have to respect her. Then I showed up. Such decisions are powerful.

I did not find my mate and get married until I was older than you are now. I met Heather when I was nearly 39 and we married 2 years later (age 41).

And don't give up on having children. It could still happen. Besides, there are many children out there who need to be adopted. You've got options.

Thank you so much for your encouragement and interpretation. I am trying to put myself out there more - online and in person. It does FEEL like the right time for me and I am willing to actively work on finding someone. I have kissed a couple of frogs so far this year though. I am hoping to stumble upon the right one!
