Yeah I am seeing they did talk about you. It feels like SK was probing a bit and H did talk a bit, but I don't feel that H was participating in the conversation very much, it feels like it was just a bit.

My question is; do you see my ex being involved with my daughter at ALL after being shut down in court yesterday? the judge gave him conditions, all of which would cost him $$$$, so I'm sort of thinking he may just drop out of our lives (as he mostly already has)

He'll still be around and in out of her life for a while. I see him using the money thing somehow. And possibly making a quick exit at some point. Or he may threaten to leave all together because you'll demand money. I think he will exit altogether after a while.

Well he really can't just come in and out. The judge set forth really stringent guidelines that he has to follow to even get a visit with her. So he will either have to do it or he won't. For example, he has to pay for 4-6 months of therapy with her before he even gets a supervise visit. Also, I don't ask him for any money, I have paid for all her expenses myself. He gives me minimal child support and I have never asked for expenses for school or medical. Im actually planning on stopping taking any money from him.
