Empty Spaces, most of these are semi-precious gems, which means they are not costly, and if you look on sites like Amazon or Etsy you can get some good deals. Just google the stone you're interested in and see what deals come up. Last summer I got a really good deal on 1 lb. of Kunzites (I think on Etsy), and on a pack of 14 Larimiar.

Stone #1 - Opal "aids in accessing and expressing one's true self." It is also a protective stone. "Enhancing self-worth it helps you understand your full potential." Encourages positive emotional output.

There are a number of opal colors and types. Blue Opal can help with suppressed communication due to lack of confidence. I also recommend Fire Opal (orange-red) and Green Opal.

Stone #2 is either Azurite or Beryl.

I work very hard, as per my age and experience, I should be at higher position. I am not sure, what is causing in me that I am not getting higher position, I feel restricted. Generally no. The exceptions might be where there are occlusions of other material or matrix material in particular specimens. Just choose ones that don't have any matrix material (off color, brown/tan/gray rock-like material) in them.

I have numerous gems/crystals with occlusions (impurities) or matrix material in them. I just use a couple more. I can tell you if you get enough of them they are quite effective.

Stone #1 - Either Idocrase or Iolite.

Idocrase helps relive feelings of imprisonment or restraint (on all levels); opens the mind and clears negative thought patterns.

Is color matters for ruby some are light or dark?

I am in USA, so easy to get Boji pair but do they need to touch body or I just have to keep at work.

That is up to you. The Crystal Bible says, hold them for ten minutes or so, or use them to grid the area, which could be work or home. You could keep them with you for use at home and work.
